All products currently available in The Indigo Phoenix® store are instant digital downloads. There is no physical shipping involved.

Here is how delivery works:

1. You complete your purchase.

2. You receive an automatic email from our store with a secure download link — usually within minutes of your order being confirmed.

3. You click the link and download your file immediately.

4. Your product is yours to keep, print, and return to whenever you need it.

There are no shipping costs, no delivery wait times, no tracking numbers, and no physical packaging. Your products are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and holidays.

The Indigo Phoenix® print-on-demand merchandise collection is currently in development and will be available in this store soon.

When merchandise becomes available, the following shipping policy will apply:

Processing Time

Print-on-demand items are produced individually upon order by our fulfillment partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production is complete.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We plan to offer international shipping on merchandise. Estimated delivery times and costs will vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking
