All products currently sold through The Indigo Phoenix® store are instant digital downloads. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital products under any standard circumstances.

Please read all product descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.

TECHNICAL ISSUES — WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT

We take the quality of our products seriously. If you experience any of the following technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it promptly at no additional cost:

• Your file did not download correctly

• The download link was broken or expired

• The file you received was corrupted or could not be opened

• You received the wrong file

To report a technical issue, please email us at info@theindigophoenix.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will respond within 24–48 hours and will either resend your file or provide a corrected version.

When merchandise becomes available, the following policy will apply:

Returns & Exchanges

Print-on-demand items are produced individually upon order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, sizing estimates, or change of mind. Please review all sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue, please contact us at info@theindigophoenix.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Print-on-demand orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@theindigophoenix.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
